Plovi is dedicated to promptly dispatching orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, though there may be occasional delays. Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed the next business day.

Local and International Delivery Times:
- Poland: Delivery is typically within 2-3 working days.
- EU and UK: We aim to deliver within 5 working days, but please allow up to 14 working days.
- International: Delivery can take up to 14 working days.
Import Duties and Taxes:
Our prices do not include local taxes or import duties. You are responsible for paying any applicable charges when your order reaches your country. Orders under the value of 135 GBP shipped to the UK are exempt from import taxes; however, we do not monitor the exemption thresholds for other countries.
