Refund policy

Returns:

Plovi will issue refunds for unopened products returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original unopened condition suitable for resale. Refunds will be processed excluding costs for delivery, administration, and payment processing, and will be issued within 15 working days of receiving the returned items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. 

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. 

 

To return items, please take the following steps:
  1. Contact our customer service: hello@yourplovi.com to obtain a Returns Form. It is essential to provide your order reference number and specify the items you wish to return, as returns cannot be processed without this form.
  2. Follow the guidance provided by Customer Service. When posting your product(s), ensure the Returns Form is included in the original packaging and that the unopened product(s) are well-protected in the protective tubes they arrived in. Responsibility for the returned product(s) remains with you until we receive them. Please note, we do not cover the cost of returning goods.
